In this workshop you will learn ways to use journaling to express yourself, release unwanted emotions and have insight into yourself.  Feel the Fear & Do It Anyway by Natalie Foster As we learn to develop self love ad identify our purpose, we are able to overcome obstacles, face our fears and move forward with hope.

Audrey South is a Certified Social Worker and has been working in the field since 2014.  She received her Masters of Social Work from the University of Utah in 2016 and continues to learn and grow in her field.  She is trained in mindfulness meditation, cognitive-behavioral modalities, ACT, and other beneficial skills.  Her true passion in helping individuals break through inhibitions and being able to progress and grow; can be seen in her therapy and coaching work.  Audrey has a passion for life and truly living, which can be noticed in her personal, as well as professional life…”It’s the little moments that count and one must notice and enjoy the wonderful aspects of that moment.”
Kristen Clay has circled the globe as a storyteller, actor, writer, teacher and perpetual student.  Creator and director of Story Tours: Ogden and SLC Ghost Tours,Hysterical History Tours and custom storytelling concerts, Kristen is known for bringing traditional folk tales, historical figures, and events alive to audiences around the world as she shares stories, often blending ancient mythologies with modern phenomenon.  With a background in Social Work, she has a passion for healing and inspirational stories to the heart and transform lives.  Her greatest joy is watching her audiences and readers make connections with different cultures and experiences, then remember to take control of their own stories.  Kristen currently resides in Utah.  She enjoys cooking, spending time in nature, and hanging out with her menagerie of pets.     www.storytours.com  www.thestoryyoutell.com 
Susan Parkinson is an energetic artist and educator who enjoys working with oil paints, watercolor and multi-media.  The daughter of a successful western artist, Lee K. Parkinson, she has been exposed to art since her early childhood and has done professional gallery work as well as teaching for over twenty-five years at Utah Valley University.  “Sometimes it is frustrating trying to perfect certain passages, reaching toward higher skill levels and intricacies in developing my personal style and deeper meanings in my work, but when I am able to spend a few hours a week painting, I lose track of time, relax, and can handle most of the stress that arises naturally in life.”   www.parkinsonstudios.com

Natalie Foster is dedicated to developing healthy role models in the entertainment industry.  Her unique education includes training with department heads of USU, BYU,  U of U, and Weber State.  She also studied with respected voice and acting coaches of Grammy Award winning celebrities, such as Seth Riggs and Tom Logan.  She has been featured as a soloist for local productions with Ballet West, Hale Center Theatre, Lagoon Entertainment as well as productions across the nation for the Veterans of Foreign War Conventions and Especially for Youth.  Natalie’s creativity and passion for making a difference have led her to produce and perform programs for children and at-risk youth.  Natalie resides in Utah and is the mother of two wonderful children.  She loves kayaking with her family, good food, dancing, and can often be seen roller blading along the old railroad bike trails sporting a Hello Kitty fanny pack.  www.VoiceLessonsByNatalie.com

She is a Registered Play Therapist and has been working with children and families for over 12 years.
